Any item lost or bug must be posted here.
We can retrieved your lost item only if:
- Item is not stackable ( e.g. Ultimate Bloody Sword. What is stackable item? Two or more same items that can merge at same slot. e.g
)
- Reported within 1 week.
For those item that accidentally deleted or sold to NPC, we will check your character's deleted and sold logs. If the result is positive, we will send those item(s) through ingame mail.
NOTE: All items were serialized with unique numbers. Before we send the refund, we will check the serial number on current database (Inventory, Mail, Bank, Guild Bank and Pocket/Bag ) which means, you can't lie or hide your items.
