ABOUT CA: why banned

just wondering why they banned those who saw or see a CA parts: they just doing their parts, or they just help the game.....
it is not good to have a CA:a otherwise this is not fare:
they just making a very good capturing CA parts... dont ignore this GM's , Admins...
